Day 05/Dia 05 - Foz do Iguaçu/Curitiba

30th of March,

We woke up at 6 am to pack our stuff and eat breakfast. We left with the bus at 7 am to drive to the airport. We had to say goodbye to 7 exchange students who already left the trip. All in all we drove 10 hours to Curitiba. The most if the people were sleeping the first 6 hours until lunch- which we had at a bus stop. After lunch we watched videos and a movie and in the evening we arrived in Curitiba. We met 3 other exchange students in the hotel, Neeve, Fernando and Jack. At 8 pm we had dinner at the hotel which was quite good. After dinner we were just hanging out in the lobby or in the rooms. Curfew was at 0:30 am.

30 de Maio

 

A gente acordou às 6 horas de manhã, pra arrumar as malas e pra comer café de manhã. A gente saiu às 7 horas pro aeroporto. Lá teve uma despedida das três pessoas quem já saíram do grupo.
No fim nós estávamos no ônibus 10 horas até Curitiba. Quase tudo mundo tavão dormindo até o almoço. A gente almoçou na uma parada do ônibus. Depois o almoço a gente assistiu vídeos e um filme e a noite a gente chegou em Curitiba. A gente encontrou três intercambistos no hotel, Neeve, Fernando e Jack. 8 horas teve jantar, o jantar foi boa. Depois a gente conversou no lobby ou nos quartos.
Curfew foi 00:30.

Day 04/Dia 04 - Foz do Iguaçu

After a small breakfast we left the hotel to visit the brazilian site to visit the national park of Iguaçu. We left the hotel at 9 o'clock in the morning to do a small boat trip to come very close to the falls. We got really wet but it was worth it. After we changed the clothes we went to eat lunch. After a short bus ride we arrived at a spot where we could see the waterfalls as a whole. We started there a small tour. We walked along the rocks at the opposite site of the falls towards the end of the falls. We got really wet during that tour again. At the end of that track we could take an elevator upwards to have a better view over the falls. After that we got back to the hotel and had about two hours freetime until we left again for dinner. We went to a very nice restaurant because some exchange students will leave us tomorrow because their part already ended. During that dinner we watched a dancing show from several countries such as Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Columbia and Chile. The restaurant also made it into the Guinness world records in the section: "most national dances represented on a dinner theater". After we came back to the hotel we changed our Pins and Cards because some exchange student will leave us already.

Após um pequeno café da manhã saímos o hotel para visitar o site brasileiro para visitar o parque nacional do Iguaçu. Saímos do hotel às 9 horas da manhã para fazer uma pequena viagem de barco para chegar bem perto das cataratas. Ficamos realmente molhados, mas valeu a pena. Depois que trocamos as roupas, fomos almoçar. Depois de uma curta viagem de ônibus, chegamos a um ponto onde poderíamos ver as cachoeiras como um todo. Nós começamos lá uma pequena turnê. Nós caminhamos ao longo das rochas no local oposto das quedas em direção ao final das quedas. Nós ficamos realmente molhados durante aquela turnê novamente. No final dessa pista, poderíamos subir um elevador para ter uma melhor visão das quedas. Depois disso nós voltamos para o hotel e tivemos aproximadamente duas horas tempo livre até que nós partíssemos novamente para o jantar. Fomos a um restaurante muito agradável porque alguns intercambistas nos deixarão amanhã porque a parte deles já terminou. Durante esse jantar assistimos a um espetáculo de dança de vários países como Brasil, Paraguai, Uruguai, Argentina, Bolívia, México, Colômbia e Chile. O restaurante também chegou aos recordes mundiais do Guinness na seção: "a maioria das danças nacionais representadas em um teatro de jantar". Depois que voltamos para o hotel, trocamos nossos Pins e Cards porque alguns estudantes de intercâmbio já nos deixará.

Day 02/Dia 02 - Foz do Iguaçu/Ciudad Del Este

Yesterday, March 27th after an early breakfast, we started our days trip to Itaipo Binacional in Paraguay, which the largest hydroelectric plant in existence. When we arrived we watched a little movie about Itaipo and got to know some interesting facts, about one of the 7 wonders of the mechanical world. After that we went on a little bustour through the areal of Itaipo. We took a bunch of fotos where you can normally watch many million liter of water providing energy for Paraguay and a part of Brasil. Later we went to one of the many shopping centers at the border to lunch and for some cheap shopping. In the afternoon we went back to our hotel and had some freetime. We ended the second interesting day of the South American Adventure 2018 in a very nice restaurant.

Ontem, 27 de março, após o café da manhã, iniciamos nossa viagem de um dia à Itaipó Binacional, no Paraguai, que é a maior usina hidrelétrica existente. Quando chegamos assistimos a um pequeno filme sobre o Itaipo e pudemos conhecer alguns fatos interessantes, sobre uma das 7 maravilhas do mundo mecânico. Depois disso fizemos um pequeno passeio pela área de Itaipo. Pegamos um monte de fotos onde normalmente podemos assistir muitos milhões de litros de água fornecendo energia para o Paraguai e uma parte do Brasil. Mais tarde, fomos a um dos muitos centros comerciais na fronteira para almoçar e para algumas compras baratas. Na parte da tarde, voltamos para o nosso hotel e tivemos algum tempo livre. Terminamos o segundo dia interessante da South American Adventure 2018 em um restaurante muito bacana

Day 03/ Dia 03 - Foz do Iguaçu/Puerto Iguazu

Today was a cloudy day.

We went to see Puerto de Iguazú in Argentina and another group went to a parc with a lot animals.
In puerto de Iguazú, we went to Garganta del Diablo, it’s in the middle of the falls so we got wet.
We spend all te day at the waterfalls. Then, we went to the duty free for 30 min, some people bought stuff.
We went out for dinner, we ate French Fries and pizzas.
In the evening, we did a talent show, it was amazing because everyone did a little presentation (dancing, singing...) of their countries!

It was a great day with a lot of fun!

Hoje foi um dia com muitas nuvens.

Fomos ver Porto Iguaçu na Argentina e outro grupo foi ver as aves em um parque muito lindo.

Em Foz fomos na Garganta do Diablo onde assim que nos aproximamos do meio ficamos molhados. Passamos uma tarde incrível cheia de convivência entre nós.
Depois de deixar Puerto fomos pra Duty Free onde compramos algumas coisas.
Depois de viajar de volta pra Brasil fomos jantar onde comemos pizza, batatas fritas. E ficamos cheios.
De noite a gente teve o show de talentos onde cada país junto com amigos fizeram uma apresentação mostrando os diferentes tipos de bailes, cantos, etc.

Foi um dia cheio de coisas muito boas!

Day 01 / Dia 01 - Foz do Iguaçu

The firts day.

We arrived at the airport after we went to the hotel. We took a shower and eat dinner. After we had a meeting about the rules and we went to sleep.

Primeiro dia.

Nós chegamos no aeroporto e fomos para o hotel. Nós tomamos banho e jantamos. Depois nós tivemos uma reunião para falar sobre as regras da viagem e fomos dormir.
